Never work with family, right? Well, if your own family doesn’t trust you with the growth of their business how can we expect a stranger to? Keri who runs Lamica is my younger sister, we are close and share the same values which is what healthy relationships are all about, whether in business or personal relationships.

Challenge

Lamica started around the same time as Metis and have become a powerhouse in the world of Beauty Logistics. It’s a competitive and price sensitive industry which means retention of clients is a constant challenge, and attracting new clients is a must. Their clientele is extremely mobile, and most beauty salon owners have time sensitive challenges as they are generally involved in many aspects of their business. With these unique requirements it meant that Lamica required a bespoke strategy suited to their business, something that would appeal to their clients.

Approach

With Lamica being in an early stage budget was a major consideration. We needed to ensure we targeted only B2B clients that had a great chance of converting. For this we used Google Search as our primary campaign and ensured we filtered the right user through “qualifying keywords” “audience targeting” and a heavy use of negative targeting tactics.

Goals

Create a strong online presence that attracts the correct target market. Being a B2B the client stressed that the budget is being spent attracting the right client, being professionals in the Beauty industry.

Results

With strategy in hand, constant communication, and the agility to move fast (new trends tend to need that) we have seen this campaign go from strength to strength.
